Stylish New American restaurant serves pasta and seasonal vegetables. Their menu changes seasonally and includes craft cocktails. The decor is chic, with a modern, industrial feel. In its current location, Daisies has been on Milwaukee Avenue for five years. Owner Joe Frillman recently announced that the Chicago restaurant will move to a new space in Logan Square. The restaurant has outgrown its current location, and the owners are not renewing the lease. They’ll be opening a new location by the end of the year.
The new location has more space. The restaurant has a quaint patio outside. The owner thanked the neighborhood for its support. He encouraged neighbors to enjoy the patio before the move. Frillman also thanked the Block Club Chicago, an independent, journalist-run newsroom. The restaurant’s new location will allow it to expand its menu.
The restaurant is devoted to local purveyors, and the menu is full of fresh, sustainable ingredients. The restaurant also offers a Sunday market, where local makers sell their wares.
