Daisy Jessica Edgar-Jones is an English actress who has become increasingly popular for her recurring roles in such television shows as Cold Feet, War of the Worlds, Outnumbered, and Silent Witness. She also made a name for herself as the lead character in the BBC series Normal People, which earned her several BAFTA and Golden Globe nominations. She was born on 24 May 1998 in the London borough of Islington to Scottish father Philip Edgar-Jones and Northern Irish mother Wendy.
