She uses DNA sequences to recreate the scents of plants that have been lost due to human colonisation, and has previously used these sequences to reconstruct a woolly mammoth’s smell. She loves collaborating, bouncing ideas and mentoring fellow creatives. She has a PhD in Design Interactions from the Royal College of Arts, and currently leads the Scent-Lab at the RCA’s Institute of Science and Technology.
