Daisy Previn: She Was Mia Farrow’s Little Girl

In 1976, Hollywood actress Mia Farrow and her husband, Andre Previn, adopted Daisy from Vietnam. She was known for her troubled adolescence, including being arrested for shoplifting Christian Dior lingerie.

Her older sister, Lark Song Previn, was adopted by Mia and Andre in 1973. She died at 35 years old in 2008 due to HIV or AIDs, reports People.

The couple also adopted Soon-Yi Previn in 1978. Soon-Yi had been abandoned by her mother when she was six years old, and she grew up in a hellish environment that included physical and psychological abuse.

Soon-Yi was a victim of exploitation and had severe learning disabilities. She moved to New York in 1978 and lived with a group of children from Vietnam until she graduated high school in 1985.

Mia and Andre Previn had three biological children, twins Matthew and Sascha born in 1970 and Fletcher in 1974. Today, Matthew is a lawyer and Sascha is a graduate of Fordham University.

Another child of Mia and Andre Previn is Summer “Daisy” Previn, who was adopted by them in 1976. She was caught shoplifting merchandise with her younger sister Lark in 1991, and she died at age 35 from AIDS or HIV in 2008.

In 1995, Mia adopted her last child, Moses Farrow, a 2-year-old boy with cerebral palsy. He now works as a licensed marriage and family therapist in Connecticut. Her other children include a daughter named Dylan, and sons Ronan, Frankie-Minh, Isaiah Justus, Quincy, Thaddeus, and Kaeli-Shea.
