Saved by the Bell Episode 2 – Haskiri Velazquez As Daisy

Haskiri Velazquez is bringing new energy to Zack’s role as Daisy on Peacock’s Saved by the Bell revival, but she’s also taking the show in a different direction. As the series returns, Daisy faces challenges that force her to take a stand for what she believes in. Plus, she gets a major crush on Gil, the student council vice president at Bayside.

When the school year begins, Daisy feels that she has missed out on a lot because she transferred from Douglas High. She tries to convince the rest of her classmates that it is important to participate in school events, even though she does not feel that the teachers care about them. She is determined to win the knowledge bowl so that she can prove her point.

Meanwhile, Aisha is worried about being able to get on the wrestling team because she knows that she will not be as good as the other girls. Her mother tries to encourage her to stay, but Aisha is still concerned. She goes to Mac for help and he helps her by pranking Gil to get him to sign up.

Slater is hesitant to give Aisha a spot on the football team, but Jessie encourages him to do it. She also helps her to find her passion by decolonizing their Spanish class. Aisha finds her voice as she speaks out against the racist teacher. Meanwhile, Jamie is a little too enthusiastic in his attempt to keep the Douglas students at Bayside.
